1. Service Scope

What We Offer:

We provide white-labeled marketing solutions, including websites, CRM systems, and lead generation services. Our lead generation efforts may include collaborations with third-party teams who source leads via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns, cold calling, and other strategies.

No Guarantees:

While we provide guidance based on industry knowledge and experience, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your actions, including lead follow-up and conversion efforts.

2. Client Responsibilities

Active Participation:

You are responsible for following up on leads, engaging with prospects, and using the tools we provide effectively.

Compliance:

You agree to use our services in compliance with local laws, marketing regulations, and ethical standards.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

No Refunds or Discounts:

All payments are final and non-refundable. We recommend committing to at least three months of service to achieve meaningful results.

Pricing Changes:

Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any adjustments.

4. Service Termination

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we take precautions, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge this risk.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our system integrates multiple software solutions and offshore teams, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and intellectual property provided to you as part of our service remain the property of Realty Name Solutions. You may not copy, replicate, or distribute them without permission. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your business while under active service.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your data with unauthorized third parties. By using our services, you agree to maintain confidentiality about the systems, strategies, and methods we provide.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada, in accordance with local business laws. By using our services, you waive your right to pursue legal action against Realty Name Solutions or Marketing Agency GTA.
